1. PAYMENT & DEPOSIT

  • We apply standard international B2B payment terms to ensure transparency and mutual safety:

    • Sampling Stage: 100% upfront. This fee is refundable (credited toward your bulk order) when you proceed to mass production.

    • Mass Production: * Deposit: 50% upon contract signing to secure fabric and production capacity.

      • Balance: 50% after production is complete, goods have passed our 3-Layer QC, and are ready for shipment. You will receive a full inspection report (photos/videos) before final transfer.

  • Absolutely secure. As a US-registered entity, you make payments directly to our Montana LLC corporate account. All transactions are domestic within the US banking system, compliant with federal laws, and offer you full legal protection. You do NOT need to worry about the complexities of international wire transfers to Vietnam.

  • We accept Bank Wire Transfers (ACH/Swift) and major corporate platforms. All transactions include a professional Commercial Invoice for your corporate tax reporting and accounting purposes.

2. PRODUCTION & ORDERS

  • We offer a scalable model tailored for growth:

    • Standard MOQ: Starting at 150 pieces per style/color (with flexible size breakdowns). This is ideal for startups and market-testing new designs.

    • Enterprise Capacity: Our network seamlessly handles large-scale orders of 500 to 10,000+ units with consistent quality.

    • Prototyping (Sampling): 7–12 business days once the Tech Pack is finalized.

    • Mass Production: 35–50 days depending on design complexity and fabric availability.

  • Yes. We offer Full-Package Service. From sourcing premium fabrics (specializing in Heavyweight Cotton 300gsm–500gsm and French Terry) to custom dyeing (Pantone matching), labeling, and final packaging. We manage the entire supply chain so you can focus on brand growth.

3. SHIPPING & DUTIES

  • We implement a 3-Layer Quality Control process:

    1. In-line Inspection: Monitoring assembly during production.

    2. Pre-shipment Inspection: Following AQL 2.5 standards.

    3. Final Documentation: Providing high-res media of your finished goods before they leave the factory.

  • Your satisfaction is protected by our US-based contract. If goods have technical defects exceeding the agreed-upon AQL threshold, we offer:

    • Credit/Refund for defective items.

    • Replacement in your subsequent production run.

    • Repairs (if applicable) before final delivery.

4. SECURITY & PRIVACY POLICY

  • We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services. We partner with DHL, FedEx, and major sea freight lines to deliver directly to your warehouse. We handle all customs clearance and paperwork.

  • This is our major competitive advantage:

    • For US Clients: Sourcing from Vietnam allows you to AVOID the 25% Section 301 punitive tariffs applied to Chinese-made goods. Small shipments (under $800) may also qualify for duty-free entry under Section 321.

    • For EU Clients: Most textile products enjoy 0% duty under the EVFTA agreement (subject to Rules of Origin).

5. LEGAL & PRIVACY

  • Yes. Your designs are your sole property. We provide and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any technical files are shared. We guarantee your designs will never be sold to the gray market or third parties.
