Understanding the Model

What is private label clothing manufacturing?

Private label manufacturing means producing garments under your own brand name — your labels, your tags, your identity — without owning a factory yourself. You provide the design direction; we handle every step of production, from fabric intake to final inspection, before shipping directly to your warehouse.

At Agile Apparel Source, we go further. As a US-registered LLC operating a Vietnam production facility, you get the cost efficiency of Vietnamese manufacturing combined with the legal protection and oversight of a US entity. Every order is governed by a US-law contract. Every design is protected under a signed NDA.

Custom Cut & Sew

Full garment construction from your tech pack or design brief. We produce to your exact specifications — seams, stitching weight, finishing details.

Fabric Sourcing & Selection

We source and quality-check all fabrics before production begins. Heavyweight cotton, French terry, performance fabrics, woven and knit structures — selected to match your product standard.
